Sorry this took so long. A very long time ago I held a vote for new abilities for Biff, Blobbledee, and Loui. Loui got the Tattoo Artist ability.
Loui uses Lucaris to test his new type of copy ability. Seems all his old ones vanished since Miamsa separated from him. If Loui concentrates his current prey will show up as pictures on his body until either reformed or until he copies someone. Partial Copy lets Loui mimic one prey's skill/talent, but only a chosen move at a time. Full Copy lets Loui fully transform copying all their skills/talents, attitude, habits, strengths, and weaknesses. Full Copy even let's prey to project themselves (only he can hear and see as a head). They can talk to him for guidance, just chat and/or complain.
