A cute little design I had in mind ^ ^ I wanted to move past the more military heavy notions
that halcyon ended up into but I did have a fun idea for a group of helpers, people who live
in a community who are chosen to help maintain it, either through vote or volunteering, they
all do more than just police, they help find buildings that need maintenance, and they're first
response for water mains breaking, or accidents!
