A pink (but orange looking) night bird

Here is a kind of nocturnal bird. Here it is seen in blacklight, its normally neon pink body seems to look orange here for some reason. Its body sequence an oil that coats its feathers, that oil is a know to cause symptoms of poison ivy. This is because the bird can only make that oil when it feeds upon a species of poison ivy that is found within its region. It has legs and paws similar to a mammal. It’s related to a diurnal bird.
