Aathavan is one of those kitkians who has a blessing thats more like...a curse.
Anything there is alarm and stress happening with him m his body takes it as an emergency and the curse activates.
The Only issue here is...its in his throat.
It is a form that manifest to protect him from whatever the danger is.
He is unfortunately always anxious.
So one could say hes gotten good at being able to hold his breath.
