Vent art helps me get over things, since I have to switch my focus to the picture itself. By the time it's done (6~ hours later), I'm over the issue.
I used to draw people that annoyed me getting eaten by dragons or wolves when I was little... hahaha.
It still makes me giggle, so I guess it worked XD
