Ref of my other skyrim oc, Amelia the witch- I mean, NEW court mage of Ulfric Stormcloak (after the other one was jailed for murder)

She is an imperial "mage" that specializes in illusion, restoration, conjuration and alteration. She entered the Stormcloaks after helping with the murder case of Windhelm, slowly gaining Ulfric's trust as they progress succesfully through the civil war. She basically carries everything magic related inside the stormcloaks because most of them doesn't know (or want to know) about magic. However is thanks to her influence in the soldiers (with illussion and alteration) that they grow stronger (plus she helps a lot with healing magic)

However, she might or might not scheming something behind Ulfric's back heheee

that being turning Ulfric into her teddy bear, basically
