Thats cool, definitely could use more mentors, however you can do that as any AFSC (primary AF job). We could always use more down to earth officers though :) Just so ya know, drill sergeants are more of a thing for the enlisted folk, though I'm not as keen as I used to be on officer jobs and they may have something that is equivalent, you can however strive to be a squadron commander of a BMT Training Squadron (that would be a ways along your career though, most squadron commanders I've seen are Lt Cols).
