Cumulow has a rather energetic and enigmatic personality and is generally in a positive mood, and loves cute Pokémon.
She has an inflatable suit which can make her floats. Sometimes, she wishes that her actual body could be inflated and fly in the sky with no limits.
So, when she first met Soria and Inflight, they were enemies at first. But after Inflight saves Cumulow from falling towards the sky with her ability to inflate her body instead of her inflatable body, Culu and Soria become friends, only in privacy.
