i fancy the idea that the kelarchi must use some of weird nomenclature for their unit divisions, like 'talon' for infantry platoon and all that stuff

and well, i need to model some sort of command miniature, so have this decorated fella. as any self respecting scifi leader, he carries a power sword, obviosly.

it comes naturally, they're just really pretentious by default xD
and probably not that large compared to the overal population, i imagine them being relatively peaceful with their neighbours (really obnoxious, yes, but mostly peaceful), so usually it's mostly spacefleet and some rapid-responce ground assets for chasing down pirates and that sorts of low-scale conflict
