My recent binge of horror games has taken me to one of my favorite series of all time, Silent Hill.
Silent Hill had a very prominent remake lately, that being Silent Hill 2. The one that most would call "the best Silent Hill" or even "The best horror game ever made"
There are really great arguments for both of these claims. The premise, protagonist, and ultimate twist of these are some of the most compelling things that have ever been written in a video game ever, legitimately I don't believe anything has topped it in the last twenty five years since it came out! I say that, and my favorite game in the franchise is Silent Hill 3!!
The Red Pyramid is a highly contingent character. The publisher didn't exactly understand the meaning of the monster, leading to many other people not understanding it either. To the point where even major publishers like some Canadian studios interpreting it in a way the betrays what this thing stands for.
I really hope that my art interprets this Red Pyramid Thing in a way that respects the source material in a much better way that even Konami has in the last twenty years, as it has been a major impact on my life.
I've always wondered what my personal Silent Hill would be like.. I hope to show you all what that might be in one way or another. Until then. Hope you all like this. Cheers.

Oooooo. Hun, I didn't know this creature was called something other than "Pyramid Head", let alone that it stood for something that not even the publisher knew. Hehe! Actually I've never thought much about this series, but you make it sound so interesting, I think I'll take a deeper look! ^!^
Sooo, you're interpreting this thing as something similar to The Shy Guy SCP? (Which is based off the fear of making a mistake that ultimately dooms someone no matter what.) Considering that I know this creature to be an incredibly dangerous monster that gives off an aura of being invincible, and certainly makes Alex suffer for even coming to Silent Hill, I think your interpretation is perfect. ^!^ (Of course, I think you're perfect too. Hehehe! ^!^ 💚🦨💗🐇💙 I'm a little biased. XD )
And this pic looks sooooo cool! ^!^ Just the monster standing there, menacingly, the edge of it's giant knife dripping and looking like it's ethereal the way it blends with the light shining on The Red Pyramid Head. This moment itself looking like a light is moving through the dark, like a car is passing by, and this thing is suddenly spotted in a spit second. No doubt it'll disappear as soon as the light passes, moving closer!
