He's showing a tiny creature where they belong, and you happen to be in their POV. It's Micro May, right? I imagine he already has a good few stewing in his large, sauna-like stomach. There shouldn't be any harm with adding another!
I posted this earlier but went back and adjusted posing again. Hopefully his posture looks good!
