Looks like Cammy wasn't the only one to showoff at Big Elephants on Parade that night, as Miss Sparks herself had her own plans. Showcasing a new hula outfit, Phoebe too receives a lot of attention from the audience. It also seems she loves them back, acknowledging how adorable they are from below. The most important thing to note is that they are having fun, and that's all that matters.
