a little while ago i was reading a series of liveblogs summarizing and reviewing The Land Before Time films. they were a lotta fun (read them here: https://pushovermediacritic.tumblr......%20TLBT/chrono ) but reminded me how the sequels, not just to LBT but most animated films, never seem to match the tone of their source material. made me go and relisten to that Diana Ross song and feel something i haven’t felt in a long time.
a relative is letting me borrow their iPad for art til my laptop is fixed, which will likely not be for a while because, in short, USPS bites dick. idk i’ll write an actual update later tonight. anyway, this means i can create more familiar types of art on a larger screen again. keep an eye on my Ko-fi; things there will be changing soon
