It's a machine that pulls gasoline out of a huge underground tank, runs it through a hose, and into the gas tank of a vehicle. We have a few of them at the place where i used to work. ^_^

im sure some pervert penis machines are outdoors, are over 6 feet tall with garbage cans nearby, but we sure dont have them out here in the frozen wastelands of the north.

Nope, just ancient devices for filling the tank in one's car with compressed fossil fuels.
