One refers to myself, or rather, someone in my position and the decision they would make on the subject.
[sic] means that it was directly quoted, and that there is a spelling, grammar or factual mistake of which I am directly aware but have included to ensure the source material remains faithful.
supposes is used because I can't give a definitive answer on cuteness; it's entirely subjective
(?) is just to re-enforce my previous point of subjectivity, that I am aware of the inability for certainty with regards to cuteness and that it is fully disputable by anyone.
