And for the finale, the last piece of art I have drawn this entire year so far. This is Autumnael, one of the dragons Bryoel hears and sees. Autumnael considered Bryoel to be his friend, and loved them. Despite the fact that Bryoel never reciprocated those feelings. Autumnael understood, that Bryoel was unable to formulate those kinds of emotions, but he himself did despite that.

Autumnael was killed, during his mandatory service. Rendered unable to fly after his wing was pierced by a dragon killer bolt. He was ruthlessly murdered by an elder ape, who tore his very spine and ligaments from his neck with their very teeth.

But he did not leave Bryoel, comforting the other even at his own wake.

It is a mystery though, if Autumnael is a spirit, or a figment of Bryoel's schizophrenia.
