A modified profile for the character Father Jacob Myers in anthro German Shepherd form from the BBC series Apparitions. Sadly the show only survived one season under BBC's scrutiny but I found it quite entertaining. Having the beautiful Martin Shaw play the charismatic Father Jacob(Who was an investigator who researches the cases of 'would-be' saints, and found himself into casting out demons when they start picking off his friends) is an extra bonus.
I loved loved loved this show!!!...It's a shame they wouldn't make a second season... MS was so beautiful(as he always is) but as father Jacob and his floppy, wavy hair and deep blue eyes...*sighs*...stunning.

Copyright is on my art only!!! I do not own the characters(nor Martin Shaw *pouts*) or the rights to the BBC show 'Apparitions' and I make no profit from them. I only borrow them from time to time for fun. I do, however, own the anthro character 'Jacob' and the art made by myself and my logo.

What a dignified priest, one who has much experience seeing real evil. We can see the weariness, but determination in his countenance. I am sorry to say that I never saw this show, nor heard of it until now. That is also a beautiful coffin behind him if I'm not mistaken. I like him as a German Shepherd. Wonderful work!

Jacob is indeed a dignified priest - I like your description of him :). Sadly It was not advertized as it should have been, the main reason it never made a second season, a real shame :(. The background is actually a very elaborate communion table with the Lord's supper engraved on it's front but I can see how it could be easily mistaken as a coffin. I'm glad you like him as a German Shepherd. Thank you very much, I hope to create more of him soon!

Ah, bad advertising can really ruin a show; you get the wrong audience, and they after seeing one episode stop watching.
Now that I look at the altar knowing what it is I can see it and it does look very impressive.
I do look forward to seeing more of this distinguished and good character.
