Haha! Gosh, those Dollar Generals are everywhere! Especially in small towns like the one you had pictured it would not be the same without those large signboards!

I concur with you that Dollar General does actually have some pretty good stuff, and unlike dollar stores of years past Dollar General actually has quite a few national brands.

My only suggestion for this photograph is that you might want to get the scene in more light. Unfortunately, the two signs are very hard to read in the darkness along with the foreground getting kind of lost. Then again, if your goal was to capture the sky with the cityscape only being an outline, then you did an excellent job because you had captured the sky very well.
