I love fish and seafood, but I don't dare cooking it.
Firstly, one never knows whether a place selling it is clean or not.
Secondly, it is too delicate; once I tried doing some tilapia loins and they got destroyed, leaving a dangerous paste of fish full of little bones.
Third, manipulating it, I understand seafood is incredibly delicate.
Of I enjoy it, it will be cooked at a trusted restaurant or made by a relative.
