Icilea is not a nice dragoness. She has basically perfected the art of always being sickly sweet, even as she watched her subordinates maul a commoner that has slighted them. She is definitely a piece of work. I won't go into everything that goes on with her, but her doc is free to read on her Toyhouse page or through the Wiki character list

Fun fact, she ended up the mother of multiple Frostspears because my friend Space asked if she could be his parent. Then she started collecting kids haha

Canonically she is Istar's contract mother!
