When I am not sitting behind computer screens all day, this is a sample of the view I get to see. The first time climbing is the hardest, but once you're up there, it's really quite breathtaking. This tower/bin was about 150 ft tall. The fields you see are corn and/or soy bean fields.
Some bins do have elevators, but for the most part, climbing is the easiest way up. You don't wanna know what the elevators look like. lol

It really is. The first time I climbed a tower, it was like 125 ft. It was kinda scary at first, but once we got up there, it was great! We were actually setting up a GPS unit on this one, so I had time to snap a few pictures while we were waiting on some parts.

This is honestly what I love about my job. I am not an office person. I hate just sitting in the office waiting on things to happen. I like to be outdoors, so I volunteered to take on this task. I love the climbing, though it can be a bit nerve racking, but the views are fantastic; most look just like this. The worst part is climbing down. XD
