Vacilna is a survivor. She was from a family of army healers, and managed to survive through a vicious attack by the enemy apes. She has a multitude of scars, and her left wing needed to be amputated.

She was afraid Mithraian, the one she fell in love with after their egg contract together, would reject her for such blemishes.

He did not abandon her over this, and they have been inseparable since their union
