I can see why many horticulturalists dedicate themselves entirely to orchids. These plants are amazing in their diversity and beauty. These reminded me of a nest of hungry dragonlings clamoring for food from mama.

Thanks. Orchids are a gorgeous subject to shoot. I got lucky that this bunch was positioned where I could get a decent composition.

Orchids are very beautiful, though the sort I see are usually very delicate and require patience and dedication to raise. However, what better way to show your mastery at gardening than to put your time into raising flowers such as these?

Beautiful! We only have Lady's Slippers around here but seeing them in the wild is an absolute treat.
