Hehe. this is a little old, but a while ago I went searching for just the right Scraggy to capture. I wanted one that was Female, had Adamant nature, and the Ability Moxi.
...it took forever, I lost count of how many Scraggys I caught before finding her.
Soooo...this image came to mind! And was fun to draw!
