Elizabeth Y and family hired me to do them as furries. This was especially fun because of the little girl, who is depicted as combining features of her mother (tiger) and father (wolf). I am quite happy with how it turned out, especially the tiger markings. This was done by doing a pencil sketch, scanning it, and painting the finished work on my IPad. Thanks again Elizabeth!

Thanks! She is cute here and she was adorable in person! When I photographed the family for reference, she was fascinated with my IPhone. I handed it to her and she held it up to her eye and pretended she was taking a picture of me. It is amazing how easily young kids get the hang of technology.
Thanks, Shade. You make good points, as always. Portraits can be a challenge, even when they are furry versions of humans. In this case, I wanted the characters to have the same personalities and proportions of the family. Getting the expressions right was an important part of that.
