I wasn't sure how else to label this...it's rather unfortunate that I can't label this drawing as anime/fantasy, or something along those lines...Cuz this is a mix of someone's character dressed in something related to anime... So would this be fanart or anime? I think I'll label this as fanart.
ANYways, this is for Neio6's contest. It's WAY overdue, and I apologize for that Neio! D: My excuse is tiredness and heat exhaustion after my travels in California and back. Otherwise I would've been finished a long time ago.
If no one knows what kind of costume Neio is wearing, she's wearing a Sailor Moon costume (such an old anime, but it was one of the first animes I ever watched. The very first was Robotech). Only difference is the long hairpieces are made of feathers instead of hair. =P And I made them a different colour to show that they're extensions (some hair extensions never really match your own hair colour sometimes).
Now, why Sailor Moon? I dunno. Just to be random, I guess. X3 Neio said to draw her character in any shape or form we wanted, so here she is, anthro and in a sailor suit! :D Sailor Neio!
And if anyone comments about the legs looking a little wonky, I already know this...I'm not too proud with the legs. I probably could've done better. But this is the best I could do amongst the heat and my exhaustion.

Heh, I have no idea. :P I just printed out a picture of Sailor Moon and used her pose, along with the Neio's dragon char (who's not really anthro). :) I think I may have also made her skirt a little shorter than Sailor Moon's. ;3

I still remember which animes I was introduced to for the first time; Robotech, Sailor Moon, Dragonball Z, and I think Tenshi Muyo, YuYu Hakusho, Gundam Wing, Pokemon, Slayers...now I'm into Bleach, Fullmetal Alchemist, Vampire Hunter D (Bloodlust)...there's a few more, but it's hard to remember them all. :P Yes, I am an anime freak. It's a pretty old anime (I was told that the oldness of the shows are equivalent to Scooby Doo), but it's been very popular, and somehow it still sorta is to this day. However it's slowly dying away because of more hardcore or more up-to-date animes coming in to America.
Menacing? She looks menacing? o.-.O? Neio isn't really a menacing dragon (or person)... Her artwork, while on DA and not here, consists mostly of cute miniature dragons, including her own character.
Is it because of her rather toothy grin?
