it's in the game of Earth Eternal, and it's a Great Book Wyrm. The pages are it's wings. it's one of the bosses in the Crooked Tower quest. you have to kill it to advance to the top most floors to kill the boss at the top of the tower. Sneath the Betrayer.

I've got a Cthulhu decall on the back of my Nissan Versa now on a related note...

Amusing twists/puns you put into each of the book titles.

My favorite of Lovecraft's stories btw was 'At the Mountains of Madness'.

Think about it: The Necronomicon is occasionally depicted as being bound in human skin, right? So, the pony equivalent would be bound in pony skin. Bright, pastel-colored pony skin.
