Interesting that they chose to put a pic of him playing in college on his PRO rookie card... Do they do that usually? I thought they'd at least get him in his Thrust jersey, like on the back.

Well, he IS in his Thrust jersey on the back. Rookie cards are usually released before the season begins, so at the time this card was designed, there were no photos of B-Hop in game in his Thrust uniform, just the studio photo after the draft.
I researched a bunch of NBA cards before commissioning the pictures, and from what I saw, rookie cards typically have players in their college jerseys. I found a bunch of Tyreke Evans rookie cards and they all had him wearing MEMPHIS.

Ahhh okies. It's been a while since I bought any basketball cards. I seem to remember them having photos from draft night in their suit, some holding up their jersey and stuff. But I have a bunch of rookie cards of that player in their pro jersey their rookie year. But a lot of cards have different rookie cards too.
But yeah, this is awesome! I would love to make FBA cards of multiple players! Though I don't know if they'd be rookie cards. Still, this must happen!

Yes, you're right-- I've found rookie cards like those as well, and at one time I was considering commissioning a picture of B-Hop on draft night holding up his jersey. In the end, I thought it would be cool to have a good picture of B-Hop in his college jersey, though. :)
