A tribute drawing for today.
I have put a few references in this.
-fire helmet with gold eagle for the firefighters who died both at the sight, and years later from medical problems from the event. Also to symbolize the ones who survived and helped in the chaos.
-A woman's shoe. Symbolizing the female workers in the building and outside who perished in this disaster.
-Men's tie. Symbolizing the male workers who passed away in the building and outside.
-Police badge. Dedicated to all the police officers who helped and the ones who are now not with us after the tragic loss of life.
-The broken mirror. Symbolizing how we as a nation looked back at ourselfs and how we were at that time, and how we are now these many years later. Be them all good or bad.
-The shadow of the cross. You cannot tell me people were not praying before, during, and after this event. We asked upon the almighty Lord to put His hand around them and give protection to all who needed it. We still and need to ask upon Him to protect our soldier's and all those in harms way that are doing it to give the rest of us a better life for ourselves, our family, and our friends. God bless the U.S.A.
This drawing is completely and solely dedicated to all those that were in the events on this date ten years ago today both in New York, Washington D.C., and Pennsylvania.
