This is the 1st of 4 commissions asked by the lovely  thanh-the-mousegirl, all birthday gifts for her husband  fey1515 that was on August (yes XP Im that behind in submissions....) of their char Pepper dressed as a Sailor Scout, but her main simbol is a full moon instead of the crescent moon of Sailor Moon XDD and her guardian animal is the feral form of Terro, another char of them.

I really liked this pic, it had been long since I did a tradtional work, and I enjoyed it a lot =P besides, Pepper is always such a cute char to draw X3
