TS2> Examine Sign

The piece of paper tacked to your pill tray has caught your attention. It seems to be a polite request towards your person,
though someone seems to have modified it. You're not sure who, or even how, considering you're floating in the middle of nowhere with nothing
for seemingly miles.

It now reads "Please FIND 1". The Find appears to have been written rather agressively, it reminds you of something.
Considering you have no recollection of your own, you wonder if you wrote the note to yourself before you forgot it, it does appear to be rather
urgently written.

Either way you decide that you should probably take note of this note.
You pop it into your inventory.
