Vally is a 28 year old lady living in the mario world. She's taller than (the playable) rosalina. She works on the farm land of moo moo meadows (mario kart 8 deluxe version). She has the powers of hydrokinesis (sometimes shaping a weapon out of water, sometimes tools). She knows martial arts (never know when self-defense will be needed). She can use items and power-ups. She enjoys watching the events of the mario world (namely the sports, racing, and parties)...so long as it doesn't disrupt the meadows too much.
She was originally a gem lady (a pink lapis) of the steven universe world.
