she + him you take the s and or the h in she plus and/or the h and the I from him, really the one i think that makes more sense is hir but that would be the wrong context here lol

well i think whoever made it up in the first place wanted some kind of balance, shim has all of him in it whereas shi has two letters of she and two letters of him, if that makes sense
