Alrighty, so here is a new design i made for my version of Big-Time99(On DeviantARt)'s OC. He works for the same Area 51 Military base that Richelle, along with Kate and friends work at. He is Flow's husband and his body is modified to be able to let him jump higher and there is a micro-missile launcher hidden in his back.
