As a rule, I hate commissioning other artists as I want to be self reliant for art... In your case, though, I'd be willing to make an exception if not for the fact I need $400 or so dollars myself... $100 for a new tablet when mine eventually breaks, and $300 dollars for a new desktop cause my laptop can't take the pressure I put on it.
