For the first time ever I'm opening commissions to the public, this will be a test run of my current queue and pricing methods. Knowing this, I'm going to keep the number of available slots pretty limited. I will also only consider contacts on Telegram for the time being, with preference given to trusted users whom I have spoken to previously.
