This is the second piece I got of Spectra. I was very happy with the base design, and wanted to get a sort of "action shot" to give viewers an idea of her personality at a glance. Spirited, daring, fun, everything you'd want from a speedster!
This was also before I nailed the outfit down. Originally I had her outfit mostly be black and red, but I changed it to be brighter and more close to her inspiration.
