There were to challenges I wanted to face when I started drawing this.
A. I wanted to see if I could draw a creature designed by someone else but in my own style.
B. I wanted to decide the expression before I begun instead of as allways before, just go with the expression that the figure happened to get.
I think I succeeded quite well. I was going for wonder, staring up at something wondrous. And I think that was what I achieved. Please share your own thoughts.
The Belexi is an androgynous anthropomorphic alien rabbit carnivore from the Swedish spaceopera RPG Skymningshem, andra imperiet. They were designed by Simon Berger and are thus copyrighted to him.

Edit: Hmmm. Looks like the scanner pretty much ate the wondrous objects shadow...

Hey this one was actually pretty cool. (Not that your others aren't, but I find semi-bunnies and semi-'roos to be more interesting than dwarvlings :P)
I haven't got much experience with scannering stuff, but you might see if you can change the brightness level on the scan.. and then edit the picture later on with brightness and contrast to get the shadows.
Just my 2 copper.
