I had a lot of fun with this :) I think it could have turned out better but ah well. Only one way to improve. That left leg is annoying me.
Enjoy!
Please critique :)

I really do need to brush up on my anatomy more. I actually think I'm fairly good with anatomy when I'm just drawing, but it fails to come across as well when I'm painting.
I'm not entirely sure what sort of sketch you do under your paintings, but I usually just do a sort of gestural skeleton and then block in major shapes like this: http://i54.tinypic.com/2eupsex.png
Sometimes I do a fully fleshed out sketch and block out the shading (as in my fishdick "painting") but I feel like if I spend too much time on the sketch stage I'm too afraid to get really loose with my brush strokes.

Lines on the pant around the knee indicate the force and the pull of the pants is straight down; when your leg is out like that the folds pull back a bit more. The reason the left leg looks off is that the calf is too thick on the bottom, and you may have it a bit high on the top. I love the color pallet and the background, though the building right behind him pulls the attention away, since it's not as defined as a hand-made structure usually is, it looks like he's pulling the building away with him in a cloud of dust, lol. :D
Thank you very much for the input! I am so horrible with clothing :S For real. It's something I really need to practice on. Any recommendations for where I can find a good collection of people wearing clothing reference? Like basics. Jeans and a t-shirt. Just look around I guess and stop being a lazybutt.
But I have a hard time with hard lines when I'm painting. I tried to make the character the most defined portion of the painting. Are you saying I should have made the buildings sharper as well? I didn't want them to all be fighting for the viewer's attention.
