Mistress Diabolica and Dastardly have come up with yet another invention to unleash on Dragon Lady and her friends & allies. Unfortunately, this one comes with some consequences that neither supervillain is ready to face but they find out too late that once some actions are done, they can't be so easily undone. Oops.
The concept for this was born out of a conversation a couple of nights ago with Susi where I idly and randomly thought up the idea of the "Chibi Ray" and a certain wolf demanded, "IT MUST BE DRAWN!" Here you are Susi. Just remember the old saying, be careful what you wish for. It probably won't stop here.

That is a work of pure genius! The facial expressions are amazing, and the characters really are cavity-inducingly sweet. Harlot having a G-rated spazz attack, Dastardly's D: face, the fact that Little Silver really DOES look like a Count Chocula marshmallow... And oh my god, the chibi mayor!
