Duchess calanthe, she was once a sewer rat but somehow was able to taker over city after city.
Many fat preds fear her (biggest and most cummon example are Fat cats) and not to mention she was witch Powers, so if you ever defy her then it's the last thing you'll be heading is a casket. She egocentric, evil, self-centered, selfish, cocky, prideful, manipulative and a total vile hag. She brags about her "wide sides" and mocks other fat predators becaus no matter how big they are, she can beat them with the snap of a finger.
