Though his student has taken to weight training and combat sports since enrolling at the Magistrum, Enigma himself prefers calisthenics, body weight exercises, as his form of training. As a avid practitioner of parkour, the mentalist trains regularly to keep himself strong and dexterous.

Perhaps he was too busy to get in a rooftop run, or perhaps the weather wasn't cooperative. Whatever the case, today the professor has chosen to practice his Sapient Flag.

The strength and dexterity he cultivates through routine practice has served him well over the years, as both a detective and a planeswalker. He can be reasonably confident that few people have the capacity to outrun or outmaneuver him, even in unfamiliar terrain.

And with his self-defense certifications up for renewal, it's even more important that he keeps himself in shape. Between the two of them, Edmund is by far the better fight, but that's no excuse for the Enigma to neglect his own training. The proctors from the Magistrum's College of Martial Arts can be brutal when they want to be.
