Like I mentioned before, Renard is one of the few organic beings left in the world of the Synthetic Angels.
After the event known as the Cataclysm, human beings were all but destroyed by creatures known as Synthetic Angels. Anthro shaped Androids whose soul purpose was to defeat their own kind to gain ultimate power and ranking.

The surviving living creatures, like Renard, were set to the level of slave and often had to follow the orders of their Android masters.
Renard fell under the control of an Android known only as "Mask", the currently undefeated Synthetic Angel.

Renard also has feelings for one of the Cursed Model Androids, Kiyira or Twin-Tailed Devil. *These feelings are not reciprocated and Twin-Tail often exploits them to get what she wants*
