And here's Zerel, one of the main characters. This is her about... between five and seven, maybe? She's not a Kyokugei, she's a Wurok. I'll be putting up concept art of the different species on Sunwere as they crop up.
For now though, Kyokugei are a secretive, chaotic neutral though generally private and peaceful (also, almost entirely extinct) and highly powerful master race on Sunwere. They have a lot of seperate powers and abilities that I'll discuss in concept art when I get it up.
Anything else native to Sunwere (not the Docadh, for instance, who come from another world altogether) should be considered weaker than Kyokugei, although each lesser species may have one or two traits/powers similar to the Kyokugei, they do not have all of them. Kyokugei are generally reddish, orange or autumn-theme colours.
All Wurok (one of Sunweres lesser species) like Zerel are an extremely dark blue, or jet black with an ashen grey coloured face and fluff in their ears instead of feathers like the Kyokugei have. Wurok also have much shorter tendrils around their head that cannot be moved and aren't prehensile like the Kyokugei tentacles are. Another difference is that Wurok have cat-like talons.
