Here’s the Emperor! He’s an evil genie who used to occupy the lamp Phoenix is now bound to, and after a forceful trade of places in Chapter 2, he’s now free to do whatever he pleases. Unfortunately, that amounts to world conquest, and it isn’t yet clear what can be done to stop him.
Atlas did an incredible job on this, I absolutely LOVE the creative color arrangement. The Emperor fancies himself an accomplished statesman and likes to do whatever he can to look impressive.
