Minh, a Koopa with powerful magic, has conquered and ruled a huge portion of the land for many years to increase his constantly growing food supply. He enjoys his position and constantly lazes around while his assisants and militia does all the work for him. He chows down every type of meal that his chefs cook for him, enjoying the freshest ingredients the world has to offer.

However, Minh's days of relaxation and gluttony may come to an end as a double agent has infiltrated his castle. His mission is to gather information about the food shortage. As he watches Minh slumber with a helium tank, he starts to have a change in plans. He sees an oppurtunity to get rid of the tyrant and gain a castle for the kingdom. Will his plan succeed?
