Title came from the shade of red I used for the tiny big of bg color.
I speckled some sumi black ink across my watercolor paper, and let it dry for a few days to see if I could watercolor over it without it bleeding. Result - it bleeds, but only minimally! I was able to knock this out no trouble. Hadn't drawn a snarly wolf in years so I felt that it was time! ;D The orange streak is a pearly orange. It's very shiny.
This is teeny in person! It's a little less than 2 inches across, and about 3 1/2 down!
