Or maybe it's both. Can't under harsh conditions of too many males or females some (I can't think of a smarter word than insect)'s change their gender to reproduce?

EHEHEHE! My GOD its cute! When it hits sub adult youll be better able to tell the sex. Ive become a pro at sexing scorpions. I have 15 of the little buggers, not counting babies. X_x

When I was in Arizona visiting the gang, I'd take my usual collapsable rods and carefully peek about the Sonora desert looking for critters like this. Never found a scorpion! (Did turn up a snake or three, but hell,I'm austrralian - wee're used to 'em...)
