Hey, remember when I did art? Damn Pokopia.
Anyhoo, here we have another character. Not obscure but been meaning to do an AU Surge. Admittedly not a fan of her pineapple ass hair due. I’ve seen fanart where folks had her hair down, and she honestly looks way better in it. I also based off an outfit I saw at work. Seemed like something Surge would wear.
In this AU, she is not a hero nor villain. Sorta doing her own thing. And she’s quite a mischievous lady.
