I'm a big fan of World of Warcraft, and my main character is a High Elf Ranger. (Although since High Elves aren't really playable as Alliance, he's a VOID elf Marksmanship Hunter)
I've had him for a while and have slowly developed his story as a third war veteran that settled in Theramore (until it blew up) and wears the Theramore tabard in memory of those he lost.
Its interesting seeing this drawing after all this time- I haven't really changed him that much. With the recent expansion he's back in Silvermoon and... as a high/void elf hasn't exactly gotten the warmest reception.
